Ingredients:
Cyclopentasiloxane, C11-12 Isoparaffin, Paraffin, Polybutene, Buxus Chinensis, Hydrogenated Cottonseed Oil, Ceresin, Cera Microcristallina (Microcrystalline Wax), Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Phenoxyethanol
Size: 0.04 oz (Full size)
My Duration of Usage: Tried once, so it's up to you if you want to read the rest of my review even though I didn't use this for a longer period.
Review: I really love the creaminess of this liner and how pigmented it was, but it did not sit on my waterline pass 15-30 minutes. Many reviews have claimed that this will stay on your waterline for a good amount of time, but that did not work with me. Since it did not work on my waterline, I decided not to purchase this. I do love all the amazing vibrant colors UD has, but Zero I would not purchase because other cheaper waterproof liners can do the same exact thing. I would love to buy the colored ones though next time I stop by Sephora.
Tip: While trying on products such as eyeliner and lipsticks at Sephora, always wipe them first with their rubbing alcohol.

The Comparison: The Ulta Black liner is great and works exactly the same as UD's Zero liner... on me at least. Ulta doesn't claim that you can smudge it within 30 seconds like UD does, but you can smudge it just like the UD and get the same effects. So overall, I believe UD's 24/7 Liner description is just a gimmick because almost any smudge-proof liner can do the same, but I have to admit that UD has a great selection of colors. So if you decide to get the UD 24/7 liners, go for the unique colors.
Also, Ulta's liner gives much less product, but think of how much product is wasted when you sharpen the UD pencil liner.
Likes:
- Smooth
- Smudges easily if you're going for that kind of look.
- Does not budge after it sets
- High pigmentation for Black, Moss, and Deep Brown
- Price (sometimes there are BOGO deals)
Dislikes:
- Just a neutral color selection.
- Low pigmentation for Indigo (blue)
- Since it's an automatic liner, it can break easily, which happened to my Indigo =(
- Wish there was more product for the money.
Price: $7.00 Sometimes there are BOGO deals. I remember the price being around 5-6 dollars before... they must of raised it, but it's still cheaper than UD 24/7.
Where to buy: Ulta.com or in stores.
My Rating: 8/10
Prestige Waterproof Eyeliner
Product Claims: "Modern 100% waterproof technology combines the softest application with long lasting wear."prestigecosmetics.com
Ingredients: Not sure. Think it was on the warper.
Size: 0.05oz (1.2g) Gives the most product out of all 3.
Review: A great drugstore find is the Prestige Waterproof Eyeliner (I have one in Surf). It's a pencil liner and works equally the same as the previous two that I have reviewed. Color selection is confined to the usual neutral colors (no bright colors here). For example, their blue (Surf) is more of a black blue.
Price: I bought mine for $1.30 something at Walgreens because they were having a clearance sale, but the usual price is around $4-5. Sometimes there are BOGO deals, too.
Where to Buy: Walgreens or RiteAid
My rating: 8/10
